Located in the 3rd district, 5mins walking to Donaukanal, 10mins walking to Prater entrance, 15mins walking to Stephansplatz/1st district. WU Vienna is also in walking distance (20mins) or can easily be reached with tram Nr 1. Subway connection via stations Landstraße and Schwedenplatz which are in walking distance. Airport is a 15mins ride away by car. All daily shopping necessities in walking distance.
